Summary:
The City of Lexington entered into a Master Agreement for Professional Services with CDM Smith Inc. on March 15, 2023. The City is clarifying language codifying an extension of the contract through the end of the Lexington Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Solids Handling Improvements funding through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan awarded to the City in March 2023. The extension agreement has an ending date of June 30, 2029
