City Council Updates:
• City Council adopted Ordinance 031-2026, annexing 19 parcels located along and near Old Linwood Road, Highway 47, Interstate 85, and the railroad, containing 848.819 acres into the City.
• City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 24, for the consideration of Ordinance 030-2026, amending the conditional zoning for the Holly Grove Road subdivision to allow ditches and swells in replacement of curb & gutter.
