Summary:
The City of Lexington entered into a Master Agreement for Professional Services with WithersRavenel, Inc. on July 11, 2024. To align the agreement with the City’s current purchasing procedures and signature authority, staff are requesting ratification of the Master Agreement with the City Manager’s signature. This will provide appropriate authorization for future task orders issued under the agreement when cumulative or individual expenditures may exceed the $50,000 departmental signature authority. No changes are proposed to the substantive terms of the Master Agreement.
This agenda item is to ratify the contract between the City of Lexington and WithersRavenel, Inc.

Recommendation:
City Council approve the amended contract extension agreement with WithersRavenel, Inc. and authorize the execution by the City Manager.
