Summary:
The City of Lexington entered into a Master Agreement for Professional Services with Summit Design and Engineering Services, PLLC, on July 10, 2024. To align the agreement with the City’s purchasing procedures and signature authority, ratification of the Master Agreement under the City Manager’s signature. This action will provide the necessary authorization for future task orders when individual or cumulative expenditures exceed the $50,000 departmental signature threshold. No changes are proposed to the substantive terms of the agreement.
