Summary:
The City of Lexington entered into a Master Agreement for Professional Services with Volkert, Inc. on February 7, 2025. To align the agreement with the City’s purchasing procedures and signatory authority, staff are requesting ratification of the Master Agreement with the City Manager’s signature. This will provide appropriate authorization for future task orders issued under the agreement when cumulative or individual expenditures may exceed the $50,000 departmental signature authority. No changes are proposed to the substantive terms of the Master Agreement.
