Summary:
The adopted rules of procedure for both Boards require adoption of a meeting schedule for the coming year.
The attached schedule indicates the dates for meetings to be scheduled the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. with an alternate date to be selected for the January meeting. The January Meeting is in conflict with the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday observed by the City. In the past the Board has met on the following Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. There are no meetings scheduled for July and December.
Adopt meeting schedule for 2027 which selects an alternate date for the January meeting.
