Summary:
The City of Lexington entered into a Master Services Agreement with ESP Associates Inc. on August 7, 2024, to provide professional services for the accomplishment of certain tasks and projects, to be defined by subsequent Task Orders which will reference and be supplements to the Master Services Agreement. This agreement was initially signed by the wrong party and needs the City Manager’s signature for validation.
The Water Resources Department is looking to use the services of ESP Associates, as outlined in Task Order 8, to replace the expired Task Order 3 for FY 2026/2027 with a not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 for the fiscal year.
This agenda item is to ratify Task Order 8 between the City of Lexington and ESP Associates for FY 2026/2027 and to have the City Manager’s signature added to the Master Services Agreement.
