A. Lexington Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (three-year term)
1. Appoint/Reappoint Jim Myers (Mayor/Council) (no term limits) (eligible for reappointment)(term expires December 2029)

B. Lexington Housing Authority (five-year term) - Solely appointed by Mayor
1. Appoint representative to serve the Lexington Housing Authority (term expires 2031)(this appointment fulfills the recently vacant seat of Rick Mack who recently passed away.)

1. Appointment to serve the vacant seat of Dwight Cartner (Ward 3 - Welborn) (new term) (term expires December 2028)
