Summary:
The City of Lexington entered into a Master Agreement for Professional Services with Black & Veatch International Company on March 15, 2023. The City is clarifying language codifying an extension of the contract through the end of the Swearing Creek Watershed Pump Station Consolidation Project funded through local funds and the FEMA BRIC 2022-001-0031-Lexington Grant awarded to the City in September of 2024. The extension agreement has an ending date of June 30, 2027.
This agenda item is to ratify the contract extension between the City of Lexington and Black & Veatch International Company through the end of the Swearing Creek Watershed Pump Station Consolidation Project.
